This is an informal gathering in a safe place where you can discuss any concerns you may have, especially in these challenging times.
Stay as long as you can, as we appreciate you may have to go.
There will be a relaxing meditation, and mindful strategies to help with stress.
We will show you around the venue where we normally hold our wellness retreats.
