Adult Wellbeing Programs

Adult Wellbeing Programs
The Carers Foundation Australia helps Carers in crisis (resulting from compassion fatigue) cope with their role by conducting one and three day wellbeing programs that increase carer resilience, and help restore their health.
Our wellbeing programs will give you an opportunity to rest and restore your energy, build new support networks and make lifelong friends, reduce anxiety and stress, and ultimately improve your ability to cope with your role.
These programs are currently conducted in the tranquil surrounds of the Cedar Creek, 40 minutes from the Brisbane CBD, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
