Cheryl has spent the best part of three decades championing business and community leaders and helping them succeed through story telling, opening doors and creating connections that lead to opportunities.

Cheryl’s background spans journalism, public affairs and strategic communication, alongside building and leading initiatives that support women-owned businesses and the ecosystems around them. Along the way, she has developed a broad and trusted network and genuinely enjoys sharing what she has learned so others can grow, lead and shine.

Cheryl’s work sits at the intersection of communication, collaboration and economic opportunity, supporting organisations and initiatives that believe investing in women and diverse leadership isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s smart business.

Cheryl helps SMEs, corporates and government teams clarify their message, connect with the right audiences and communicate with purpose. She is motivated by outcomes and practical impact, thoughtful leadership and creating space for more women to participate fully in business, trade and decision-making.

Cheryl is very excited and motivated to be part of The Carers Foundation and is prepared to take the charity to the next level to help us achieve our long-term vision of establishing Australia first Wellbeing & Restoration centre for carers
